From My Shop or Settings, choose Disconnect Etsy. Local encrypted credentials are removed immediately and future synchronization jobs are canceled. You may choose to keep imported shop analytics or remove them at the same time.
Remove imported Etsy data
Choose Disconnect and remove imported Etsy data. MadePulse removes the workspace's imported shop, listing, order, transaction, and derived analytics records covered by the request.
Request account deletion
Use the authenticated account deletion control when available, or contact support from the email associated with your account. Email Support email is not configured for this environment.. Do not include passwords, tokens, Etsy credentials, or buyer information.
What may remain
Sessions and provider credentials are revoked or removed. Minimal audit, abuse-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained only where necessary and for a limited period.
